Veronica is a super barista (meaning great coffee). Add fresh-baked goods and an excellent location in the heart of the Art Deco district in Miami's South Beach. Sip coffee while you people-watch 😁 As a bonus, get mesmerized by the Vestaboard, which has totally reimagined the design of a split-flap display you might see at a train station in Europe. Except that it's used here as a live menu and a message board. Super cool!

A good cup of coffee, with a friendly barista. The espresso machine has a name "Beatriz". The coffee was balanced and tasted very good even after it was cold. Try the empanadas. Kepp it up!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Il Dante Caffe is an absolute hidden gem in South Beach! The coffee was rich, smooth, and if you are a coffee lover this is the place. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service from the moment I walked in. If you’re looking for a great cappuccino, fresh breakfast, or a peaceful place to start your day, I highly recommend visiting Il Dante Caffe. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The barista clearly knows what he’s doing and takes pride in making drinks well. Unfortunately, my espresso macchiato missed the mark—it was strong, which I liked, but also noticeably bitter and acidic, which made it hard to enjoy. It felt like the beans or machine might need some adjustment. This is a very small shop with no bathroom. They offer a few basic food items like a ham and cheese sandwich, croissants, and empanadas. They’re also advertising a “Matcha Cloud,” which sounded interesting, though I didn’t try it. Overall, it just didn’t stand out enough for me to return—especially with so many better coffee options nearby.

The restaurant is exceptionally well located, less than a block from the beach and just steps away from Ocean Drive. The food has an excellent, naturally fresh flavor that really stands out. The croissants are beautifully baked—light yet sturdy—and the empanadas have that comforting, homemade taste that feels like something prepared with real care. The coffee is also excellent, with a rich flavor and an Italian-style touch that’s freshly made to order. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is friendly, and overall it’s a great spot to enjoy a meal close to the ocean. I especially want to thank Vicky, who took care of us during our visit. She was exceptionally kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended.
